We are looking for our client in Amersfoort for a Tradeshow Inventory Assistant for 40 hours a week.
The Tradeshow Inventory Assistant is responsible for the inventory of products in the Tradeshow Warehouse. He receives, validates and organizes the inventory of the Tradeshow team.
This includes the administrative handling of demo requests. The Tradeshow Inventory Assistant will report to the Tradeshow Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tradeshow Warehouse
- Order products with Avante and Operations for tradeshows and events.
- Keep track of inventory and move in and out of the inventory when it is being shipped out or returned.
- Update spreadsheets of tradeshow product inventory.
- Coordinate with Repair department to get products updated/repaired.
- Pulls products for tradeshows and events out of the Tradeshow Inventory.
- Handling of Demo Equipment
- Order demo products with Avante.
- Keep an overview of all internal and external
- Coordinates repairs and updates of demo products
- Checks returned demo equipment against inventory
Essential Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Good administrative skills
- Good level of accuracy and detail-oriented
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Additional Requirements:
- Preferred Working times from 9:00 - 17:30
- Car driving license
- Forklift license mandatory
